Macon teen survives shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon teen shot around 1:36 a.m. on Sunday near Nesbit Road and Bonnie Avenue is listed under stable condition.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, 16-year-old Keontrey Bonner was shot in his left leg while walking to a friend’s home in west Macon.

Reports says Bonner’s friends took him to the hospital for treatment.

Deputies do not have a description of the suspect who shot Bonner.
