WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Some unique autos filled a Warner Robins parking lot for the Third Annual Chip’n Away @ Heart Disease Cardiac Car Show.

The car show was held Saturday in the parking lot of Big Lots plaza in Warner Robins.

More than 200 people strolled through the autos on display which featured vintage autos, hot rods, sports cars, and classic cars.

The proceeds from the fundraiser is for the Georgia Transplant Foundation, according to the president of Chip’n Away at Heart Disease Foundation, Chip Malone.

“We are trying to raise awareness about heart disease, the number one killer in the United States, which kills more women and men, than all the cancers combined," says Malone.

He added, they want to meet their goal of more than $3,000 to give to the Georgia Transplant Foundation, which helps post and pre-transplant recipients with programs that are already in place.
