Bibb deputies searching for identity theft, card fraud suspects

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects wanted for identity theft and card fraud.

According to a news release, the two suspects put skimming devices on ATM’s in the Atlanta and Macon areas to gain access to victims’ credit and debit card information, and their PINs. Authorities say they then used this stolen information to make their own cloned debit and credit cards to withdraw money from ATM’s.

If you have any information on the identity of these suspects, you’re asked to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at (478) 751-7500 or Crimestoppers at 1-877-68-Crime.
