MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)– Attorneys for the Bibb County School District are putting former superintendent Doctor Romain Dallemand on notice.  They’re responding to his request for 10-million dollars for violating their severance agreement, with their own request for no-less than 7.3-million dollars.

In the lawsuit filed with the American Arbitration Association, the district accuses Dallemand of working in bad faith when he signed off on purchasing millions of dollars worth of computer equipment and didn’t use the proper process to make the purchase.

They want his request for 10-million dollars thrown out, and they want him to return the money paid to him as part of the severance agreement, as well as the money the district spent for those largely unused computers.
