Tattnall Square remains undefeated, beats Stratford 7-1

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Tattnall Square Trojans are still unbeaten after a 7-1 win over Stratford Tuesday.

The Eagles (7-6) took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first thanks to an RBI double by John Michael O’Quinn, but their lead was short-lived.

Jonathan Ward got the Trojans started, hitting a solo home run in the bottom of the frame to tie the game at 1. Ward would bat twice in the first inning, recording a double in his second at-bat. He finished the game 3-for-4 with 2 RBI.

The Trojans (13-0), who are outscoring their opponents 120-25, scored all seven of their runs in the first inning.
