MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – "Everything about Peach Swirl is local," said owner Iyabo Muraina.
Focusing on local in your business can make for some great tasting frozen yogurt.
"I’ve been living in Macon for almost 20 years, you know, so, we are not a national company," said Muraina. "We hope to be one day, but this is a business that started from Macon."
But first, a restaurant that needs to step it up this week.
O’Charley’s on Bloomfield Drive in Macon scored a 64.
An employee used a cup without a top while making food, they had expired yogurt and steak in the walk-in cooler, and an apron was wrapped around a sink faucet, and when asked why, no one knew.

It’s a simple process at Peach Swirl on Tom Hill Boulevard in Macon.
"You get your cup, yogurt your frozen yogurt you get your toppings and we weigh you," said manager Demone Webb.
And it tastes great.
There are toppings galore.
Plus, employees strive for the perfect health inspection.
"Making sure that our yogurt–excuse me, our toppings, our topping bar is sanitary, toppings are fresh, spoons are clean–it’s constantly wiped, tables are constantly wiped," said Webb.
It’s constantly good.
Peach Swirl is making the grade this week.
