Man who died after falling out of a window on the ninth floor identified

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man is dead after falling nine stories from the Kenilworth Manor Apartments on Crystal Lake Circle.  It happened around 8:30 Thursday night.

Coroner Leon Jones told 41NBC the victim’s name was Robert Paulson, 36, of Macon, GA.  

Deputies arrested 60-year-old Willie Stanley who was at the scene. He lives in the apartments. Reports say Stanley was there when the incident happened. 

Stanley is charged with murder and was taken to the Bibb County jail. 

The preliminary investigation leads authorities to believe Paulson was pushed from a window.  An autopsy is scheduled for Friday morning.
