MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Students in Bibb and Dooly Counties will go to school late on Wednesday. It’s due to the threat of severe weather.
Dooly County Schools will begin class at 10:00 a.m. Buses will start running at 9:00. Faculty and staff are expected to go in at 8:30.
All Bibb County Schools will start two hours late. This includes the Academy for Classical Education, Macon Charter Academy.
Macon-Bibb EOC Headstart and Early Headstart will open at 9:45 a.m. All staff will report at 9:00. Bus monitors and bus drivers will go in at 8:00.
Middle Georgia State University will delay opening until noon at all of its campuses. Classes before noon are cancelled.
