Burglars shoot woman in north Macon


MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A woman is in the hospital after being shot twice and driving herself to get help.

It happened early Saturday morning. 26-year-old Candace Williams was with 27-year-old Alburce Green.

The two saw four men running out of Green’s house on North Nancelon Circle, one of them shooting at Green and Williams.

Williams was shot in the arm and side. She’s in stable condition.

The suspects ran away.
