MACON, Georgia. (41NBC/WMGT) – This week’s weather will be opposite of what we experienced at the end of the week last week, as Tropical Storm Hermine can barreling through. TA ridge of high pressure will be spreading eastward, causing skies to remain mostly clear and rain chances to be minimal. Clear skies will result in temperatures climbing into the 90’s by the afternoon, but dropping into the 60’s by morning. Here’s what you can expect the next few days:
Labor Day: Mostly sunny. Temperatures in the upper 80’s and low 90’s – high of 91 in Macon. Light breeze from the east.
Tuesday: Cool start with a morning low of 64. Clear skies overnight, though some patchy morning fog is possible in the morning. Mostly sunny in the afternoon with temperatures climbing towards the low-mid 90’s.
Wednesday: Morning lows in the mid-upper 60’s. Mostly clear skies in the morning with some areas of fog. Temperatures will top out in the mid-90’s.
