Woman shot at Macon cookout

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A woman went to the hospital after she was shot during a cookout Sunday evening in Macon.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says it happened on Hatcher Place around 7 p.m.

37-year-old Danyelle Moore was hit in the upper leg.

She drove herself to the hospital and should recover.
