Officials break ground on $11M Perry High School Gym

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Perry officials have big plans for the old panther pit.

Today officials broke ground on the school’s brand new $11 million gymnasium.

The new 47,269 square foot gym will replace the school’s original gym built in the 50s.

It’ll seat more than 2,000 fans.
