Teen Shot in the Back During Fight With Twin Brothers

MACON, Ga – An 18 year old man is the hospital after being shot during a fight, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Sargent Clay Williams with the Sheriff’s Office says a fight broke out between 18 year old Christopher Blount and two 16 year old twins on Stevens Drive off Mercer University Drive around 3:30 Friday afternoon.

Williams says during the fight, one of the twins pulled out a revolver and shot Blount in the back. He was taken to Medical Center Navicent Health and is in stable condition.

Williams says the 16 year old twins were arrested and charged with aggravated assault. They were taken to Macon Regional Youth Detention Center.

Williams says no one else was injured during the fight.
