23 Year Old Man Killed While Pushing A Car In Macon

MACON, Ga – A car crash in Macon killed a man. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies say the crash happened on Forsyth Road near the Tucker Road just before 12:30 Friday morning.

Deputies say a white Chevy Classic broke down and was being pushed by 22 year old Tupach Brown of Macon, 48 year old Clint Nettles of Lizella and another 23 year old man. Deputies say while the three were pushing the car, an Acura TL, driven by 42 year old Heather Harris of Macon, hit the car. The 23 year old man was between both cars during the crash and deputies say he died. His name has not been released because his family still needs to be notified of his death.

Deputies say Clint Nettles, who was also pushing the car, was taken to Medical Center Navicent Health. No one else was injured during the crash and there are no charges at this time.

The crash is still under investigation, anyone with information is urged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500.
