Fort Valley man killed in tractor crash

A Fort Valley Man is dead following a crash on a rural road in Peach County.

FORT VALLEY, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – A Fort Valley Man is dead following a crash on a rural road in Peach County.

Peach County Coroner Kerry Rooks reports 60-year-old Jamie Lee Willis was driving a small tractor along Chestnut Hill Road in Fort Valley. And Willis was hit from behind by a dump truck.

Rooks says the call came in to 911 around 6:00pm, Tuesday.

Rooks later pronounced Willis dead at the scene.
