Warmer weather moves in ahead of late week rain chances

After a cool start tomorrow morning, we will see a quick warm up back into the 70’s. Expect plenty of sunshine through the day and well into Thursday as well.

Thursday afternoon we will see our temperatures back in the mid 70’s, but by afternoon and evening clouds will be on the increase. A low pressure system will approach from the west Thursday night. This will bring an increased chance of showers/storms overnight Thursday and into the day on Friday.

The system on Thursday/Friday will usher in a period of active weather across Middle Georgia through the weekend and into the start of next week. Thunderstorms will be possible each day of the weekend. The best chance for strong storms looks to be Sunday and Monday.
