MACON, Georgia. (41NBC/WMGT)- Remnants from Delta will bring a few showers to the area today before a cold front moves in.

TODAY.

Cloud cover will hang around through much of the afternoon as remnants of Delta continue to spin across the southeast. A few light showers are expected today as temperatures make it into the upper 70’s and lower 80’s. We will begin to dry out tonight and clear the sky as temperatures fall into the middle 60’s.

TOMORROW.

A cold front will move through tomorrow and while a shower or two is possible, most will stay dry. Temperatures will be a little warmer tomorrow afternoon as well under a mostly sunny sky as high temperatures reach the middle 80’s

WEEK AHEAD.

Wednesday stays dry and warm before a second and stronger cold front this week moves through on Friday. Behind this front will be cold air that will send morning lows into the 40’s by Saturday. We stay dry through the weekend as high pressure builds in.
