Deputies looking for man who robbed Macon CVS

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County deputies are looking for a man who robbed a drugstore Monday night.

A news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says it happened just before 6:30 at CVS, located at 4291 Mercer University Drive.

Deputies were told a man entered the store with a gun and demanded money from the clerk. He ran from the scene after getting some cash, and no one was injured.

“The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a picture of U.S. currency on the front, black pants and a green face mask,” the release said. The man’s photo is attached.
