Bibb Sheriff’s deputies arrest 3 men after seizing drugs, stolen guns

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three men at an apartment complex on Gray Highway Wednesday after seizing drugs and stolen guns.

Deputies identify the men as:

  • Brandon Pat’Shion Mitchell, 22
  • Dausha Verlyntae Mitchell, 26
  • Tadarrius DeShawn Antwan Berrian, 23

According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release, the arrest happened after the search warrant at the Grey Parc Apartments on Gray Highway. 

Investigators seized a pound of marijuana and two guns, according to the news release. Authorities deemed both guns as stolen — one from Texas and the other from Bibb County. 

Brandon Mitchell charges

Deputies took Brandon to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged him with:

  • Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana
  • (2) counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies
  • (2) counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms) 

Dausha Mitchell charges

Deputies as took Dausha, Brandon’s brother, to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged him with: 

  • Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana
  • (2) counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies
  • (2) counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms)
  • Dausha also had several outstanding warrants, unrelated to this investigation: 
    • (5) counts of Financial Identity Fraud
    • (5) counts of Theft by Deception-Felony
    • (3) counts of Deposit Account Fraud- Felony, and a Probation Violation

Tadarrius Berrian charges

Finally, deputies took Berrian to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged him with: 

  • Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana
  • (2) counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies
  • (2) counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms)

Authorities have also set no bond for three men.
