The Georgia College department of athletics will honor military personnel during a doubleheader showcase Saturday, April 5 as GC softball hosts Georgia Southwestern State University at the Peeler Complex and Bobcat baseball takes on Columbus State University, both games at 1 p.m. The goal is to honor all veterans both present and past that choose to attend, and to remind non-vets of the sacrifices that others have made for their freedoms.
