According to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, 51-year-old Sheldon McCoy is charged with the murder of her boyfriend 62-year-old Mark Green.

Woman charged in stabbing death of her boyfriend

MACON, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – A Macon woman faces murder charges after a domestic dispute turned deadly Wednesday night.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office charged 51-year-old Sheldon McCoy with the murder of her boyfriend 62-year-old Mark Green.

Deputies responded to McAfee Towers on Gray Highway around 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

Authorities say Mccoy and her boyfriend got into an argument. Deputies say that during the fight McMoy stabbed Green.

Coroner Leon Jones pronounced Green dead at the scene.
